I recieved a phone call saying I won a vacation to Florida. Is this a scam?

My husband and I recieved a phone call saying we won a vacation to Orlando Florida for a week. They said nothing about buying anything or taking a survey or anything. The agent said we probably filled out a survey somewhere and they had been trying to reach us for some time. She said all I had to do was mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to some “Welcome Center” in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, and they would return the information about my vacation.

Could this be some sort of scam or something legitimate(which I doubt)? Has anyone had experience with this or anything like it?
Thanks!
